  • After the method completes, you may get 20 Digit to unlock the key in your email. Now type the subsequent command to unlock Bootloader on your device.

3. Flash TWRP Using ADB And Fastboot

  • Turn off your device. Then enter Fastboot mode. To do this, press and hold Volume Down + Power button after the Android Logo appears. Still press the Power button and press the Volume Up button.
  • Now, connect your Moto Edge + to your computer via a USB cable.
  • Launch fastboot on your computer. Open the Command prompt on your PC and enter the command below.
  • After entering the Bootloader on your mobile device, enter the command below.

3.1. Install Magisk, DM-Verity, And TWRP Image File In Your Moto Edge+ Using TWRP

  • Once the process is complete, it will boot into TWRP temporarily. Don’t boot into standard OS until we flash magisk.

  • You are now in TWRP Recovery Mode.
  • Select Wipe-> Advance Wipe-> Select Cache Data. You can also make a full backup using TWRP. It will help you when something goes wrong.
  • Navigate to TWRP’s Home page and select Install.
  • Select Disable_Dm-Verity_ForceEncrypt.zip.
  • Go back to TWRP’s Home page and select Advanced.
  • Select “Install Recovery Ramdisk”, select recovery.img.
  • Go back to TWRP’s Home page and select Install.
  • Select Magisk.Zip.
  • Once Install, go to Advanced and choose “repair boot loop repair”. Restart your mobile phone.
  • You should install them one by one. Do not add more compression features in TWRP. After installing Restart your mobile phone
  • You can also install Magisk Manager in your Mobile Application. Install Root Checker to check your root status.
  • If you cannot find Magisk in the App Drawer, you should Reinstall the Magisk application.

In my opinion, you don’t need root for your version of Moto Edge + Android 10. If you think you can improve performance by rooting; With the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 Octa-Core processor and 12 GB RAM, your device can perform well.
